Architecture is both the process and product of planning, designing, and construction, usually of buildings and other physical structures. Architectural works, in the material form of buildings, are often perceived as cultural symbols and as works of art. Architecture has to do with the planning, designing and constructiong form, space and ambience that reflect functional, technical,social, environmental, and aesthetic considerations.

Interior Design

Interior Design complements and completes the architecture. It is the creative solution for a programmed interior. It emcompasses the conceptual planning, aesthic and technical solutions applied to achieve the desired result.  Interior Design concerns itself with more than just visual or ambient enhancement of an interior space. The elements of design range from visual (color, lighting, form) to tactile (surface, shape, texture) to auditory (noises, echo)

 

 

Strategic Planning

Is an organizational management activity that is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization's direction in response to a changing environment.

Space Planning

Layouts are arranged so that staff can work together in departmental and team groupings, providing the best opportunity for efficient work flow, communication and supervision

Programming

Is the thorough and systematic evaluation of the interrelated values, goals, facts, and needs of a client’s organization, facility users, and the surrounding community. A well-conceived program leads to high-quality design.

 

3D Rendering & Animation

Is the computer graphic process of converting 3D models into photorealistic images with 3D effects and rendering software on a computer. Animation is the process used for generating animated video by using computer graphics.
